Classic focaccia is an Italian flatbread that's brushed with oil and topped with various herbs and seasonings. Ener-G Focaccia Crust is a gluten-free version of the traditional bread only it's free of gluten, wheat, casein, dairy, eggs, soy, and nuts. In addition to being free of the top food allergens, it is also plain, meaning you get the freedom to top it with your own favorite herbs and seasons without restrictions.
Filtered Water, Rice Flour, Tapioca Starch, High Oleic Safflower Oil, Pear Juice Concentrate, Bamboo Fiber, Methylcellulose, Salt,Guar Gum, Orange Citrus Fiber, Yeast, Calcium Phosphate, Baking Powder (Glucono Delta Lactone & Calcium Carbonate). Enriched with Thiamine (Vitamin B1), Riboflavin (Vitamin B2), Niacin, Iron, Folic Acid & Vitamin D.

Dedicated facility free of Wheat, Gluten, Dairy, Peanut, & Tree Nut. The bakery production line uses Egg Powder and Dry Whole Eggs for a limited number of products. These products are produced on separate equipment (pans, bowls, etc) and are separated when not in use. The only common equipment for these known allergens and other products are the ovens. The food product is never in contact with the oven at any time.
