The texture and taste of Breads From Anna™ is wonderful! It looks like a traditional loaf of whole grain bread. It has a substance that is smooth, non-grainy and best of all, does not crumble! The flavor is rich, and intensified by the high quality of the ingredients. Anna, as well as many celiac home cooks and cooking instructors across the country, tested this bread mix hundreds of times to ensure successful results.
Addtional ingredients needed:
- Honey or sugar
- Water
- Apple Cider Vinegar
- Oil
- Eggs
Cornstarch, tapioca flour, powdered skim milk, chickpea flour, pinto bean flour, navy bean flour, sorghum flour, MontinaTM (Indian rice grass also named perennial bunch grass, achnatherum hymnodies), maple sugar, xanthan gum, salt and gluten free yeast.

Manufactured in a facility free from the allergens stated above with the exception of Dairy, Corn (Xanthan Gum) & Yeast (received as sealed packages and put with bread mixes – it is not present in loose form in the environment). Equipment is washed down between runs where there is Corn & Dairy. Gluten tested at 10 ppm.
