How do I start shopping?

Navan Foods does not require you to register to browse the online store. However, if you would like to purchase items, you will be required to register. To register for an account:

  • Click the “Create a New Account” in the User Login box on the left hand side of the page. Enter your user name and email address and click the “Create Account” button.
  • You will receive an email using the email address you provided when creating an account with your user name and a system generated password. Using the link in the email, link to the website and enter your user name and password and click the “Log In” button. You will now be logged into the website.

When I go to checkout, the items in my cart disappear.  What is happening?

Try logging into your account.  Once you login, you should be able to see the items you placed in your cart.

How do I change my password?

Upon logging in, you will be directed to the Home page. Under your User Name you will see five tabs.

 

  • Click on the tab entitled “Edit”.
  • In the Password field, enter your new password in both password fields.
  • Click “Submit” at the bottom of the page. Your password will be changed.

What if I forgot my password?

In the User Login box on the left hand side of the page, click the “Request New Password” link.

  • Enter the email with which you registered for the site and click the “Email New Password” button.
  • Check your email account for an email from me@localhost.com. Click on the hyperlink to the Navan Foods website. It will take you to a page on the Navan Foods website where you will need to click the “Login” button.
  • It will open another window that will say “Loading” at the top. Close this window and go back to your original window. Click the home tab and you will be logged in.
  • You will need to go to your Account page and change your password (see the question “How do I change my password?”).


How do I sign out?

In the User Login box on the left hand side of the page click the “Log Out” button.

What if I want to return a product?

How do I track my package(s)?

Once your shipment has been processed, UPS will send you an email that provides your tracking number. You can use the link in this email to track your package.

Will you share my personal information?

Navan Foods uses a third party credit card processor for financial transactions.  By completing an online transaction you will be sharing your personally identifiable information with the processor.  The processor is permitted only to use this information for the sole purpose of completing the financial transaction and is not permitted to share your financial information with anyone, including Navan Foods.  We do not rent, sell or share your information for any other reasons.  You can learn more about our privacy policy here.

Do you wholesale?

Yes, we do wholesale orders.  You will receive a wholesale discount.  You pay shipping at cost.  Flat rate shipping does not apply to wholesale orders.  There is a $50 minimum order requirements for wholesale orders.  If you are interested, please email us for a quote with the specific items in which you are interested and a mailing address (for shipping quote).
