We are glad to offer you the choice of flat shipping rates for UPS Ground Service (please note that flat shipping rates do not apply to Alaska orders). It is structured in three tiers:

U.S. Shipping

• $10 shipping rate* - Orders up to $50
• $15 shipping rate* - Orders over $50 and less than $100
• FREE shipping rate* - Orders over $100

*Please note that there are certain items which are heavier in nature that do have a weight surcharge added to the flat rate or free shipping.  The additional surcharge will be noted in the description of each product.

We still offer UPS 2nd Day Air & Next Day Air shipping options if you need to get your products sooner. These rates are based on the weight of the order and are calculated at checkout. Navan Foods reserves the right to use another shipping method for delivery (i.e., using USPS mail instead of UPS).

Where do you ship to?

We ship to all U.S. states using the shipping rates above (with the exception of Alaska which is shipped at the Canadian rates below). Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska will be done through the United States Parcel Service, not UPS Ground Shipping. 

Do you ship to Puerto Rico?

We ship to Puerto Rico using the rates described above.  Shipping to Puerto Rico will be done through the United States Postal Service, not UPS Ground Shipping

Do you ship to FPO/APOs?

We will ship to FPO/APOs; however, UPS shipping service is not available to these locations. Shipping to FPO/APOs will be done using priority mail as this shipping method allows tracking. We will not ship packages using space available mail. 

Do you ship to Canada?

Yes, we do ship to Canada.  Make sure to choose Canada as the country at checkout to allow for the proper address fields to show. Rates are as follows:

· $20 shipping rate* – Orders up to $10

· $25 shipping rate* – Orders over $10 and less than $25

· $35 shipping rate* – Orders over $25 and less than $80

· $45 shipping rate* – Orders over $80
